Tribute to David Baldus: Iowa Law Review

The Iowa Law Review recently released a special issue to celebrate the life of Professor David Baldus who taught at the University of Iowa for many years. Professor Baldus, an expert in the use of empirical research, is most known for his work on the death penalty where he worked tirelessly to demonstrate the racial inequities of capital punishment. Besides highlighting the accomplishments of Professor Baldus, this commemorative issue also contains articles examining jurors and the death penalty.
